The Fiola Farm is a family owned farm located in Ste Genevieve, Mb since 1922.
Joey and Christel have revived the family farm, and gone back to the roots of the homestead and raising a flock of sheep, chickens, hay and some grains.
As stewards of the land they want to ensure that the land will be healthy for generations to come. Altho they are not certified organic, pesticides or herbicide, antibiotics or other chemicals are used, and permaculture principles, and holistic methods are readily used.
Pastured Rotational grazing is used to feed our sheep and chickens, giving them access to fresh grass. This also acts as a natural way to control parasites and for putting nutrients back into the ground.
We currently sell direct market; pasture raised lamb and wool products, pasture-raised chicken (sold out for 2020)
