Strawberry Lane began as a Strawberry U-Pick in 1988 just outside of Morris, MB. As the years went on, and as strawberries became more risky to grow the farm slowly evolved to growing flowers. The business was started by Helen Eidse who was one of the first 10 vendors to start the St. Norbert Farmers’ Market. As of 2021 I (Kirsten van der Linde) took over the business. I am heading into my 10th year in the garden and love it! We still attend the St. Norbert Farmers’ Market weekly in the summer months as well as offering bouquet subscriptions, sell to florists and design florals for weddings.

Stoney Brook Creamery
Our certified organic dairy farm is situated southeast of Steinbach. We milk red and white holsteins, and raise a few other breeds as well. We bottle our milk at our inspected facility on the farm. The flagship product is cream-line (unhomogenized), low temperature pasteurized (to meet Canadian law) milk, bottled in returnable glass bottles. We do a premium chocolate milk with the same milk, a kefir for your smoothies or granola, fresh curds every Friday, dry curd cottage cheese for your perogies or salads, and small bottles of whipping cream.

Masagana Flower Farm
Masagana Flower Farm is a woman-led, BIPOC owned and operated, small-scale flower farm and natural dye studio near La Broquerie, Manitoba. We believe that no matter who and where we are, creating magic and growing joy is right at our fingertips. We advocate for an eco-conscious lifestyle and inspire others to turn their lawns into garden beds. Aside from growing seasonal blooms, we also cultivate dye plants that we use to make handmade, small batch, naturally dyed textile goods at our second business, Tinta Studio.

Mad Dog Produce
Mad Dog Produce is a small-scale vegetable farm/market garden located just north of Plumas MB. The farm is run by Janelle Vachon, with help from her fiance Eric Lach. We grow on 2 acres of cultivated land and run a local CSA Program that caters to community members in Plumas, Neepawa and Minnedosa. We work with Brown Sugar Produce from Brandon/Rivers to sell out of a market trailer every Friday 10AM-2PM in front of Lady of the Lake in Brandon, MB.
We believe in holistic management and chemical-free produce. Everything is grown without the use of harsh chemicals and we use natural methods for pest and weed control. We take pride in growing top quality, nutrient-dense and tasty vegetables!
Cenerini Farm
Cenerini Vegetables (rfarm2U) is a small market garden just outside the town of La Salle on the southern outskirts of Winnipeg. We have been growing fresh produce for sale for over thirty years. The rich soil along the La Salle River is an ideal location for growing the wide range of vegetable crops from beets to zucchini. The food we grow and sell is the same as we eat ourselves. Over the years, we’ve learned what grows best on our soils and what tastes the best on our table and how to produce that food in a safe and sustainable manner that is good for our family and good for the environment.
We offer our produce through a CSA program for a 10 week period starting from late July to the end of September. We offer the options of a full share or half share. For more information, please visit our website or contact us.
