New Bothwell, MB - We will be smoking the last batch, probably, of our succulent, fresh smoked chickens next week. Get your order in, or take your chances !
These are brined before smoking; hence a long ... two full weeks ... 'shelf' life in the fridge, even after slicing into them. They are cooked in the smoking process and can then be eaten as is. No further cooking or heating required. A perfect instant food ! Delectable, moist, tasty. Very good reheated in stir fires, rice dishes, soups. Excellent cold as a sliced meat, in salads, etc., etc.

Morden, MB - Thousand Hills Ranch will be selling Grass-Fed Beef at the Morden Farmers' Market Thursday August 10th and 17th from 4pm to 6pm, corner of 8th and Stephen St. The Market will be closed August 24th (as the City prepares for the Corn & Apple Festival) and then resumes every Thursday on August 31st until October 5th.
Come visit Morden where vendors, musicians, hot food, cold drinks, community organizations, and local shoppers transform 8th Street into a bustling marketplace. Manitobans from far and wide are invited to gather with us; to shop for fresh produce, specialty meats, artisan baked goods, honey, canned goods, and a variety of arts & craft items.
The market gives home- and farm-based ventures a venue to promote their products. It also brings commerce to the heart of Morden, where nearby shops are also open for business. A place to greet neighbours, meet new friends, and be entertained by buskers, the Morden Farmers’ Market is a fantastic reason to come explore South Central Manitoba.
The Market has been operating at 8th Street and Stephen Street since 1995. Located adjacent to the iconic Clock Tower and one of Morden’s most identifiable heritage buildings, the Market is easy to find and has free street parking.
